I’m the coach behind Cowboy Up Wellness. I specialize in mindset, habit training, and sobriety through high-impact micro-coaching. My approach uses neuroscience to intercept your old patterns and replace them with a powerful new autopilot. The goal is to reach a point where you don’t even have to think about your habits—you just do them.
We don’t just focus on what you're quitting; we focus on what you’re building, using real-time support to shift your beliefs and sharpen your self-trust. From social confidence to mental grit, I help you develop the internal authority to navigate any environment with ease. Build an autopilot that serves you so you can finally stop trying and start doing. Cowboy Up.
My Coaching Style
I mainly work through micro-coaching—single session, call/text-based support—which is a low-effort, high-accountability coaching service because let’s be real: you don’t need support every Tuesday at 7 PM, you need it when you need it. More extensive packages and programs available.
Your first session is always free.
“Isn't about what you don't do; it’s about who you are. To 'Cowboy Up' means to finally step up and be a person of your word. It means learning to trust yourself and doing exactly what you said you were going to do.”

Meet the Coach
For a long time, I lived in a cycle of "just enough." I was showing up for work—usually logging into calls five minutes after waking up because I’d hit snooze until the very last second—but I wasn't actually there. To the world, I was getting by. But the truth was, I was over 100 pounds heavier than I am today, I was drinking every single night, and I was spending my life in a haze of bar-hopping and hangovers. I was high-functioning, but I was fundamentally stuck.
In August of 2023, I hit a point where I couldn’t ignore the gap between who I was and who I knew I could be. I sat down and wrote an article titled, I Am Writing This Because I Am Changing My Life. It was a raw, honest confession of my horrible habits and a roadmap of everything I was fixing.
I realized that my life wasn't failing because of a lack of willpower; it was failing because of where I was spending my energy. I dove into the science of habit stacking and mindset training, using tools like daily journaling to audit my reality. That’s when the truth hit me: my lack of discipline wasn't a character flaw—it was a routine. After a year of my daily journaling, I was reading through and a phrase repeated itself over and over and over “I have got to quit drinking”. It was that moment I realized alcohol was the anchor dragging it all down. It was the reason I couldn’t wake up, the reason I couldn't stick to a workout, and the reason I didn't trust my own word.
Today, over two years after writing that article, I can look at every single claim I made and say: I did it.
By focusing on micro-habits and consistent routines, I didn't just quit drinking—I rebuilt my entire identity. I lost the 100 pounds. I healed my relationships, and let some go. I earned promotions in my career and launched the business I dreamed about starting. I went from the girl who couldn't get out of bed to the woman who is at the gym at 5:00 AM, keeping the promises I make to myself before the rest of the world is even awake.
I started coaching to teach the same habit and mindset framework to people who are tired of being their own biggest obstacle. I’m not just teaching a promise; I’m teaching you the actual systems of how to reach the goals you already know you are capable of.
I built Cowboy Up Wellness for the people like me—the ones who are 'doing fine' but are tired of settling for just 'fine'.
